Our larger theater is our flagship: where historic charm meets the cinema of the future. Instead of traditional projection, 6.6 million tiny LEDs on our Samsung Onyx LED wall emit light themselves—for brilliant HDR colors and absolute black, with no distracting stray light.

With 52 seats, our second theater is the heart of cozy arthouse moments—with the personal, intimate atmosphere of a repertory cinema. It is so pleasantly compact that you sit perfectly well even in the front row, and can even put your feet up.
Tickets
Online or at the Box Office
Tickets for every screening can be booked easily online by clicking on the desired showtime. Spontaneous visits are just as welcome: our box office opens every day 30 minutes before the first screening.
Groups & Schools
Groups of 10 or more enjoy discounted admission, and dedicated private screenings are available for school classes of 30 or more—available upon request via email.

Accessibility & Inclusion
Cinema for Everyone
Our building, foyer, café, and both theaters are entirely step-free at ground level, and we regularly and warmly welcome guests in wheelchairs. In the interest of full transparency: because our cinema is housed in a strictly protected historic building dating from 1736, architectural modifications were strictly limited—we unfortunately do not have a dedicated accessible restroom.

Greta & Starks
For all our screenings, you can access synchronized audio description or subtitles directly on your phone using the free "Greta & Starks" app. Just bring along your smartphone and headphones.

How to Find Us
You will find us right in the heart of Erlangen's historic old town at Hauptstraße 86 (91054 Erlangen). If arriving by car, we recommend parking around the E-Werk cultural center on Fuchsenwiese or at Theaterplatz—both are just a few minutes away on foot. By bus, the best stop is "Martin-Luther-Platz", less than a minute's walk from us. From the central train station and bus terminal, it is a pleasant ten-minute walk through the old town.
